Chicken Satay
Marinated in coconut milk, red curry and peanut butter and served with lots of cilantro and spicy cucumber relish

Jerk Chicken
Marinated in a traditional jerk sauce accented with Habanero pepper, ginger and fruit.  Served with pineapple salsa

Bacon BBQ 
Wrapped in apple wood smoked bacon and drizzled with our own BBQ sauce

Teriyaki
Sesame and ginger teriyaki sauce with a pineapple relish

  • Mediterranean Chicken Salad

Chicken salad with Kalamata olives and sun-dried tomatoes served in flaky Phyllo cups

Sesame Crusted Yellowtail Tuna and seaweed salad (wakame)served on sesame crackers and drizzled with wasabi-sake dressing

Smoked Nova Scotia salmon with herbed goat cheese dip and house rosemary crostini
