Chicken Cacciatore Baked in Tomato-basil marinara and roasted peppers.
Tri-tip prepared in one of the following flavor styles:
Mushroom Bordelaise Sliced and served in traditional bordelaise sauce, mushrooms, shallots, garlic, herbs, butter, red wine and cream.
Four Pepper Sauce Sliced and served smothered with a four-pepper sauce, roasted red, yellow and green bell peppers, mild Anaheim chiles, garlic, shallots, herbs and demi-glace.
Hickory Barbecue Hickory pan smoked, sliced and basted with our house pit BBQ sauce.
Cajun Rubbed with roasted garlic and peppercorns, sliced and served in a Creole sauce (Worcestershire sauce, fresh black pepper, garlic, mushrooms and garlic).
