Hand basted with our own pit BBQ sauce.

Baked in lemon, butter and capers.

Breaded and served with tomato-basil marinara/Parmesan cheese.

Chicken Cacciatore
Baked in Tomato-basil marinara and roasted peppers.

Vegetarian Option

Vegetable Penne Pasta
Penne pasta, sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes, yellow and green squash, roasted red peppers in a tomato - basil marinara and Parmesan cheese.

Hickory Barbeque
Hickory pan smoked, sliced and basted with our house pit BBQ sauce.

Cajun
Rubbed with roasted garlic and peppercorns, sliced and served in a Creole sauce (Worcestershire sauce, fresh black pepper, garlic, mushrooms and garlic).
