Cafe 54 and Cafe 54 at the Tucson Botanical Gardens have gone green! We were already using several biodegradable products, but are now expanding our effort to use more environmentally-friendly products. Our take-out wares, including boxes, bags, cups, and straws, are now made from 100% potato or corn products, are fully compostable and decompose in 180 days.

Cafe 54 is pleased to continue our partnership with the Tucson Botanical Gardens, located at Grant and Alvernon. The Garden’s season will be from October 2009 and continue through May, 2010. The Tucson Botanical Gardens featuring Cafe 54 is open for lunch between 10:30 and 2:30, every day the Botanical gardens is open–seven days a week.

We will be serving a lovely selection of fresh sandwiches, salads, and snacks appropriate for the curious and the famished alike.
